Terms of use
The terms that apply when you use this site: what our content is for, what we're not responsible for, and who owns what.
What are these terms?
By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.
What is our content for?
General information about games, to help you decide what to play. Reviews, scores and tier lists are our opinion. Specs, prices, release dates and in-game numbers are accurate as of the date on each page, but games change often.
Before you install or spend money, check the details with the game’s official store or developer.
Are we responsible for the games or other sites we link to?
No. We don’t make, sell or run any of the games we cover. When you follow a link to another site, including a download button, that site’s own terms and privacy policy apply. Our affiliate disclosure explains how those buttons work.
Purchases you make inside a game are between you and that game’s publisher.
What are the limits of our responsibility?
The site is provided as it is, without guarantees. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we can’t promise it will always be error-free or online.
As far as the law allows, we’re not liable for any loss that comes from relying on the site, from software you install after visiting it, or from sites we link to. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
Who owns the content?
We own the text and the site design. You’re welcome to quote a short passage with a link back to the page. Please don’t republish whole pages.
Game names, logos, artwork and screenshots belong to their owners. They’re used here to identify and discuss the games, and their use doesn’t mean those companies endorse us.
What aren’t you allowed to do?
- Copy the site wholesale, or scrape it at a volume that affects how it runs.
- Try to break, overload or get around the site’s security.
- Use the download buttons to generate fake or automated clicks.
Can these terms change?
Yes. If we change them, we’ll update this page and its date. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
